SHIPPING POLICY
DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT THERE IS A MAJOR DELAY WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE SO ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED, INCLUDING OVERNIGHT ORDERS.
Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days of receiving the payment. Orders require 2-3 business days for delivery after it ships.
Shipping Confirmation and tracking number will be available via email as soon as your order ships
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
How do I return?
We have a strict NO refund policy. In the event you have received the wrong hair please contact us within 5 days of delivery date. Her Hair Haven will only offer a refund if we have shipped out the wrong hair.
We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of the hair extensions only if they have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
